Terms & conditions
Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms are under review and may change.
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of Prism, a service provided by Veritas Campaigns Ltd (“Veritas”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 15519084, with its registered office at 5 St. Johns Terrace, London, SE18 7RT.
Prism is provided to organisations, not to individuals. If your organisation has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes priority wherever it differs from these terms.
By using Prism you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Access
- Prism is invite-only. We set up each organisation, and people join by invitation.
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure, and don't share your access with anyone else.
- Your organisation decides who has access to its workspace and can remove people at any time.
- Tell us straight away at hugo@veritascampaigns.com if you think someone has got into your account.
3. Using Prism properly
When you use Prism, you agree:
- to add only content your organisation owns or has the right to use;
- not to add personal details about private individuals;
- not to use Prism to profile, identify or target individuals, or to treat people differently because of race, religion, sexuality, disability or any other protected characteristic;
- not to use Prism for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- not to try to get into another organisation's workspace, get around Prism's security, or disrupt the service.
4. Your content
Content your organisation adds to Prism stays your organisation's. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Prism to you. We don't use it for anything else.
5. About Prism's results
Prism uses published research and AI to estimate which audiences a message is likely to appeal to. These are informed estimates, not guarantees. Suggested rewrites are suggestions: read and check them before you use them. You're responsible for what your organisation publishes.
6. Our service
We work to keep Prism available and accurate, and to improve it. Features may change over time. We may occasionally need to pause Prism for maintenance.
Prism, its design and its methods belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them, other than to use Prism as described here.
7. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end access to Prism if these terms are seriously broken, or if we need to in order to protect the service or other users. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Apart from that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of profit, income, reputation or opportunity. Our total liability to an organisation in any year is limited to the amount that organisation has paid us for Prism in that year.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and tell organisations that use Prism about any important change.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute.
